AERO is working with an owner operator of a 7,500sf building to convert it into a small medical office complex. The existing mid century retail building spanning three lots is being reimagined into three commercial units serviced from a central corridor. The open air corridor is reminiscent of smaller arcade commercial buildings allowing multiple smaller efficient rentable units. The east west corridor allows the westerly ocean breeze to flow through the building and is punctuated by a central skylight and planter in the heart of the building. The project will feature EV chargers and is planned to have solar panels on the roof along with natural day lighting into all of the tenant spaces.
