ANCHOR PLACE AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Anchor Place Affordable Housing is Center Village at Cabrillo's fifth phase of campus development and features a total of 120 units. These include 75 units for homeless veterans, 44 permanent supportive housing units and one manager's unit. Located along the southern edge of the Villages at Cabrillo campus, Anchor Place will bring many new amenities to the community, including: vegetable gardens, a bike center, a gym, supportive services offices and a large community room.

This project was designed in collaboration with the architects collective in Inglewood, CA.
