AERO COLLECTIVE  is collaborating with The Architects Collective to design a two-building complex that combines affordable housing with new headquarters for the Social Justice Learning Institute (SJLI), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the education, health and well being of youth and communities of color. 

The new headquarters helps consolidate multiple office locations into one purpose built space. There is ample room for the entire team to work together, increasing productivity. A theatre space doubles as a community asset that can be rented out. There is a podcast studio, library, meeting rooms, and garden space for growing vegetables, fruits and herbs and a learning kitchen to teach residents and community members how to harvest and cook different foods. The new building will help SJLI continue to deliver extensive programming to the community.
