The historic Miracle Theater on Market Street in Inglewood has served its community for decades in its many iterations as a movie theater, church, and cultural center. In 2016, AERO was brought in to help the current owner transform it into one of the premier live music venues in the South Bay. 

AERO’s design for the renovation was to refresh and preserve the exterior facade, modernize the concessions, and add sidewalk dining at the theater’s entrance. The new sidewalk dining allows patrons of this 400-seat theater to have a place to congregate before and after shows, and also allows for the lobby and sidewalk to function as a smaller music lounge when the theater isn’t hosting a show. 

Upon its opening, the theater quickly became a home for live entertainment in downtown Inglewood, and this renovation will strengthen its ability to serve the local arts community.
