AERO’s design for this high-end used car dealership in Rialto looked to challenge the traditional dealership layout. Instead of showcasing the traditional sea of cars in front, the design situates the main showroom at the front corner of the lot, creating an architectural icon for the business. The 2-story building’s program includes a showroom, offices, storage, and maintenance bays. Constructed of black burnished CMU blocks, the structural material doubles as a visually appealing facade finish.
